Ingredients:

  1. Kashmiri lal mirch powder - 1/4 tsp
  2. Sweet Relish Cucumber - 1 tsp
  3. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Onion - 1 finely chopped
  5. Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
  6. Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
  7. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  8. Salt - 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix lemon juice, onion, tomato ketchup, Kashmiri red chilli and salt in mayonnaise.
  2. To make it, finely chop the cucumber and cook it with vinegar, sugar till it becomes thick.
  3. Now mix sweet relish cucumber and black pepper powder in the mayonnaise mixture.
  4. After mixing four to five times with a spoon, the thousand island dressing will be ready.

  2. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  3. Mint leaves - 1 cup
  4. Mustard oil - 1 tsp
  5. Sugar - 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Mint mayonnaise is used in a burger. First, add mint leaves, mustard oil and grind them once to make it.
  2. Now mix one spoon of sugar in it and grind it again.
  3. Please take out the mint mixture in a bowl, mix lemon juice and mayonnaise well in it.
