The first thing to note about Masaba’s drink is that she has made it with almond milk instead of regular dairy. Next, cutting processed sugar, the Bollywood fashionista has used date powder to naturally sweeten the drink. Also, as per a study published in the Journal Foods in 2024, dates can be used to enhance sugar content naturally while avoiding medical health issues like overweight, obesity, heart issues, and much more.

To make the drink healthier, Masaba Gupta has also used a variety of seeds: pumpkin seed powder, melon seed powder, and sunflower seed powder. The blend of seed powders makes the celebrity’s drink rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Finally, the mom-to-be has added ice to make it chilled.

If you want to make the drink at home, all you need to do is take a cup of almond milk and blend it with date powder. Next, you can grind pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, and sunflower seeds to make a fine powder. Blending it into the almond milk you can top the drink with ice cubes and relish it.
