Mango Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients    

  1. Sweet, ripe mangoes: 2 to 2½ cups mangoes  
  2. 2 sweet oranges 
  3. 1 medium banana  
  4. 1½ cup yoghurt 
  5. 1½ cups of ice, water or any juice

Instruction  

  1. Wash and peel mangoes. Chop or slice them. Rinse and peel the oranges. Remove the pith and deseed them.  
  2. If you want a cold smoothie, freeze the fruits in the freezer for an hour.  
  3. Add them to a blender along with a banana and ¼ cup of liquid to assist in blending. You can use plain water, juice, whey from homemade yoghurt, nut milk or simply water.  
  4. Blend all of them until smooth. Serve the mango smoothie immediately.
