A refreshing mango smoothie is the perfect treat on a hot summer day. This smoothie is made by blending fresh, ripe mangoes, bananas, oranges, yoghurt, and a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness. The mangoes impart a tropical flavour and sweetness, while the bananas add creaminess. The oranges provide a bright citrus note to balance out the sweetness. Plain yoghurt is ideal for its protein and probiotics, but any milk or dairy substitute will work too.
