Malaika Arora might be a mother, a yogi, a fitness enthusiast, a dancer, and a reality show judge, but she never skips her workouts and follows a strict fitness regime. Her dietary habits are also very healthy, and she prefers to have a balanced home-cooked meal on most days. According to her friend and director, Farah Khan, she enjoys home-cooked meals.
Malaika recently took to Instagram Stories to share what she was having for lunch, and we couldn't take our eyes off it. It was a pot full of kadhi. For the unfamiliar, kadhi is a yellow-coloured curry made with yoghurt and spices. Kadhi is typically filled with pakoras, or fritters, but there are several varieties of kadhi in India, ranging from Punjabi to Sindhi to Gujarati.
This desi lunch and videshi dessert combination was quite a hit, and Malaika seemed to have enjoyed both to bits. This is proof enough of how much she enjoys eating different kinds of food, be it Indian or international. Relishing the local food of a particular place is her passion.
