Actress, model and TV Show host Malaika Arora is currently in New York where she seems to be having a gala time watching musicals, walking the streets and dining and famous restaurants. Malaika may be one of the fittest B’Town celebrities but she is also one big foodie at heart, and she is unstoppable in NYC. A few days ago, the actress was at Eataly, NYC, where she had a Margherita Pizza and a burrata with toasted breads. Then on another day, like a true New Yorker, she had a couple of sliders along with a slice of chocolate cake at Locanda Verde, and on Friday, she appeased her ‘desi’ cravings at Junoon, NYC. The award-winning fine dining restaurant was started by Rajesh Bhardwaj. The restaurant is now one of the most sought-after dining destinations in New York City. Renowned Michelin-starred chef and TV personality Vikas Khanna was also once associated with the Manhattan Restaurant.
At Junoon, Malaika had quite a toothsome spread. In an Instagram story shared by the 48-year-old, we see a table full of desi delicacies like chicken biryani, chicken curry, dal makhani and another Indian stew. “Awesome food @junoonnyc … Thank you”, wrote Malaika in her caption.

One of the spiciest South Indian chicken preparations hailing from Tamil Nadu. Here, chicken is cooked with special ‘Chettinad Masala’, which is a combination of various spices such as star anise, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, methi seeds, cloves etc.
