Talking to the media about her book, Malaika said, "The book will help us share our insights with people at large. I believe in the comprehensive well-being of our bodies. Concentrating on just one aspect does not support the other. So the idea is to promote good health inside out holistically and we have barely scratched the surface as of now." For all those looking forward to reading Malaika’s debut book on food and nutrition, there seems to be some wait on the cards as the publication date of the book is yet to be announced. 

While this may be Malaika’s first book on food and nutrition, it’s certainly not her first stroke in the world of nutrition. The actress is also an entrepreneur and only last year, Malaika launched her delivery-only food service, for which she curated a sumptuous menu for those foodies who love to eat healthy bites and yet enjoy a variety of flavours.
