Ingredients

•227g  unsalted butter

•½ cup creamy peanut butter

•220g  light brown sugar

•150g  all-purpose flour

•50g unsweetened cocoa powder

•1 tbsp vanilla extract

•3 eggs

•1 tsp salt

•175g semisweet chocolate chips

•200g  granulated sugar

Method

•Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for preheating. Using baking spray and parchment paper, line an 8x8-inch square baking sheet.

•Butter should be melted in a little pan over medium heat. After taking it off the heat, stir in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Keep whisking until all the butter has melted. After transferring, let the mixture cool for a while in a big bowl. (You may alternatively microwave the butter in a sizable bowl before stirring in the chocolate to completely melt it.)

•Flour and cocoa powder should be mixed together in a different bowl. Add salt by whisking.

•Whisk the sugars, eggs, and vanilla until combined before adding them to the melting chocolate. Once the flour mixture is all incorporated, fold it in. Add the last 1/2 cup of chocolate chunks by blending.

•Using a spatula, distribute the batter to the pan's edges after pouring it into the prepared pan.

•By teaspoonfuls, sprinkle the peanut butter on top of the batter. Swirl it into the batter with a screwdriver or the tip of a knife.

•For a really fudgy centre, bake for 35 minutes, or for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the centre doesn't jiggle when the pan is lightly shaken.

•If the peanut butter seems to be browning after 25 minutes, cover the brownies with foil. (If covered, the baking time may rise by 5 to 10 minutes.) Before slicing, let the brownies cool fully in the pan.
