Add oil to a frying pan and heat it for a bit. Cumin seeds and a few tablespoons of yoghurt should be added. Up till the oil separates, keep blending the yoghurt. After that, add the chopped onions and garlic and continue to sauté. Sauté tomatoes until they are diced and golden brown. After adding the boiling peas and mushrooms, stir the mixture for a bit before seasoning with salt and your preferred spices. Stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender and the colour of the mushroom changes. You can also include boiling potatoes and peas if you'd like. To garnish, sprinkle chopped coriander.

Cut the stalk after cleaning the mushrooms. Take the cap off and set it aside. Butter should be heated in a skillet before adding chopped onions and garlic for the filling. When the colour starts to shift, add the diced tomatoes and continue to sauté. Remove from the flame, then let it cool. Grated cheese should be added to this mixture before adding the filling to the mushroom caps. Next, bake them for four minutes at 220 degrees in the oven or according to your microwave's instructions.
