When it is time to feed greens to your kid, you’ll surely face some trouble. Greens might not be a kid’s best friend but you can always twist the recipe to sneak in the greens in their diet. Palak paneer is one such dish. The popularity of paneer in India is quite evident through the numerous dishes that are prepared with this cheese. From paneer butter masala to paneer lababdaar, there is hardly any gravy that can’t be amped up with paneer. So is the palak and paneer combination.

Palak, aka spinach, is a rich and nutritious green vegetable that is good for one’s health. Not only is palak good for eye health, it is also a great immunity booster and keeps one hydrated too. Pair this with paneer or cottage cheese and dig into a mouth-watering gravy for lunch. The paneer cubes are diced and added to the blanched palak gravy and eaten with chapattis.
