Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 Marie biscuits
  • 1 tbsp of coffee powder
  • 200 ml milk
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp agar agar

Method

  • Take a bowl and add marie biscuits to it
  • Add coffee powder and milk
  • Let it set for 3 to 4 minutes
  • Then take a blender and blend the three ingredients into a smooth consistency
  • Take a pan and add the mixture to the pan
  • Add sugar and then add agar dissolved in water
  • Keep stirring the mixture until it gets into a thick consistency
  • After its done, pour the mixture into a bowl
  • Let it freeze for 1 to 2 hours
  • Take it out and demould it
  • Serve it chilled

  • Make sure you blend the mixture very well
  • Make sure you use agar agar only after dissolving it in the water
  • You should use the agar agar immediately after dissolving
  • Ensure setting the pudding for at least 1 to 2 hours
