Ingredients:
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
- Leftover paneer - 1 cup
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Groundnut - 1/2 cup
- Tomato - 1 chopped
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Poha - 2 cup
Method:
- Soak the poha in water and keep it aside for a while
- After putting mustard oil in a pan, fry onion, salt and turmeric for some time
- Now in this pan, add tomatoes, peanuts, poha, leftover paneer, red chilli and cook well

Paneer Pakore
Ingredients:
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Leftover paneer - 2 cups
- Salt - according to taste
- Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida - a pinch
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 1 cup
Method:
- Mix turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and asafetida together in a vessel
- Add gram flour to this mixture and prepare a thick batter by adding water
- After this, add the leftover paneer to this solution and mix it well
- Now, heat oil and fry the paneer in a kadhai or pan until it turns golden
- Serve it with chaat masala on top

Ingredients:
- Green vegetables - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Salt - according to taste

- Leftover paneer - 2 cup
- Tomato sauce - 1 tsp

- Flour - 2 cups
Method:
- First of all, knead the dough in a vessel and keep it covered for some time.
