Breakfast shouldn't be skipped because it is the first meal of the day. After all, they say, ‘Eat breakfast like a king’. If you begin the day right, there is hardly anything that would stop you from working to your fullest potential the entire day. Seems like Kriti Sanon believes in this philosophy too. We know surely know that the Indian actress is a food lover and enjoys indulging in her favourites every now and then. We saw how she gorged on Tibetan delicacies while shooting in Leh. Her table was full of dimsums, from hot and fiery ones to those oozing chocolate. She even tried the traditional bread tingmo and some cookies from the regional cuisine. Gulping down all this heavenly food used to make us wonder how the actress is so fit and healthy all the time. 

The secret lies in her breakfast. Recently, she took to her Instagram stories to show us what her breakfast tray looks like on a usual day and we are amazed. The Bareilly Ki Barfi actress makes a video of her breakfast tray, taking us through each of the items on it. First up, we see a cup of coffee which we understand because she has expressed that she loves it. Next, we see some peeled, overnight soaked almonds in a bowl. In the bowl next to it, we notice some nuts. There’s a walnut and a date. Both are quite filling and nutritious. Finally, we see a plate with a crispy toast and what looks like peanut butter slathered on it. This seems like a really wholesome morning meal to us, comprising of a great balance of taste and nutrition.
