How to Make Kokum Juice?

  1. Take a non-stick pan and add 1/2 cup kokum.
  2. Add 3 cups of water and 1 cup sugar.
  3. Now, mix the ingredients well and let the mixture cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Once the kokum turns tender, switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down.
  5. Add some water to make the paste smooth.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon black salt, and mix nicely.
  7. Take chilled water in a glass and add 3 tablespoons of kokum concentrate along with a few ice cubes. Stir well and have the drink.
