 Akki Roti, Karnataka

Sattu Paranthas, Bihar 

Sattu paranthas are Bihar's traditional breakfast of choice. Sattu, roasted channa dal flour, and grains are used to make it. The parantha is stuffed with sattu flour, chopped onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, and ajwain and baked on a tawa before being served with curd.
