1.Make sure you use full cream milk. Homogenized or pasteurized milk will not give perfect results.

2.Heat the milk till it's lukewarm before adding the vinegar. 

3.Do not over stir the milk as it might break the curd formed. 

4.Cover and rest the curdled milk for 20 minutes till the whey and the curd are separated. 

5.Make sure you heat the water to the right temperature and not boil the water before adding the squeezed curd. 

6.Soak and rest the cheese in cold water for 2-3 minutes to help it set completely.
