Cooking is fun, and exciting if you learn the basics right. One can ace any dish in the world with practice, but most of the time it isn’t the cooking part we are scared about, it is the aftermath that we dread. The greased pressure cookers, woks and frying pans, that are essential in every household, are left with grease that just wouldn’t go. The burnt grease sticks to the pan and refuses to budge in spite of multiple washes. And the cleanliness of all these vessels is of prime importance, since not only will the residue of dirt and grease affect the cooking of your next meal, but it is also harmful for your health. While we use all sorts of cleaning agents and soaps to get rid of them, some stubborn stains just don’t go away. Seems like an Instagram blogger has found a simple hack that can help clean burnt grease in a matter of minutes! Yes, you read that right.

The blogger who goes by the name of @isuckatcleaning, has risen to popularity because of her cleaning videos. In the video, we could see that she first took a bit of Hydrogen Peroxide on a sponge and scrubbed the dark spots on the pan. Next, she washed the pan and got it quite clean. In the final step she took the help of some baking soda and a toothbrush, which gave the pan a spotless shine and made it squeaky clean. Take a look at the video:

Isn’t it so simple and effective? The easy hack clicked with the users as the video got a whole lot of views and likes online. While in the video the blogger used the combination for cleaning the bottom of the pan, you can also use the same on the insides of the pan. "You do not have to clean the bottom of the pan. This is not a requirement. Don't feel bad if you're not doing this. It's just an aesthetic," the blogger also said in the video.

Baking soda is known to be one of the most popular cleaning agents for kitchen utensils, but it is not the only component that you can use to clean burnt grease from your pan. There are a number of other kitchen ingredients that are easily available in our kitchen, and can double as cleansing agents including ketchup and salt.
