Method:

Add all three types of flour to a large mixing bowl. Add black salt, ajwain, amchur powder, garam masala, turmeric, coriander, and Kashmiri chilli powder to the mixing bowl. Mix these components together. Green chilies should be added to the ginger-garlic mixture. For a thick batter, add ½ cup of water. This will serve as the peanuts' coating. Fold the peanuts into the batter after adding them. Scoop out some of the masala peanut batter, and then cook it in small clusters in medium-hot mustard oil.

Add a lot of chaat masala to the fried peanut clusters. You could also choose to divide them up into smaller pieces.

Peanut Sundal

All South Indian food enthusiasts should try this! This particular recipe is similar to a hot peanut chaat laden with flavorful South Indian spices like mustard, curry leaves, and grated coconut; it will leave you craving more.

Recipe: 1 Cup Peanuts, ½ tsp mustard seeds, 8-10 curry leaves, 1 tsp grated ginger, A pinch of asafoetida, 2 tsp grated coconut, Salt as required.

Method:

Put the peanut in water and let it soak for an hour. Not more than two whistles should be used to cook this in a pressure cooker. Heat the oil in a skillet, add the mustard seeds, and when they start to pop, add the asafoetida (Hing), the curry leaves, and the grated ginger. Sauté for a few minutes. Now thoroughly combine the grated coconut, salt, and peanuts. Enjoy with tea or a spread of south Indian food after being served hot.
