Ingredients
1. 125 grams wheat flour
2. 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
3. 1/2 teaspoon powdered cumin
4. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
5. 1/8 teaspoon ginger paste
6. 1 handful chopped coriander leaves
7. 1 finely chopped onion
8. 1 cup parboiled,mashed cauliflower
9. 1 teaspoon spice black pepper
10. 1/2 pinch powdered turmeric
11. 1 tablespoon ghee
12. 1 teaspoon refined oil
13. 1/2 teaspoon salt
14. water as required
15. 125 grams all-purpose flour
Method

Take a glass bowl, add the salt, maida, wheat flour, and just enough water to fill it. Before kneading the dough, add a teaspoon of ghee to give it additional flavour. The ingredients should be thoroughly mixed to form a thick, pliable dough.
2. Ghee and oil should be heated in the meantime over a medium flame. Add the cumin seeds to the boiling oil and stir-fry them for a short while. Add onions and ginger paste afterwards, and sauté for 2 minutes. Cauliflowers, salt, pepper, cumin, turmeric, and garam masala powder should all be added.
