1. 125 grams wheat flour

2. 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds

3. 1/2 teaspoon powdered cumin

2. Ghee and oil should be heated in the meantime over a medium flame. Add the cumin seeds to the boiling oil and stir-fry them for a short while.
