Everyone craves warm and comforting food during the winter. From soups to gajar ka halwa, Indians have a lot of options to indulge in this season. In terms of beverages, chai, coffee, kadha, haldi doodh, and kahwa are some popular delights of the chilly winter. Packed with warm flavours, these drinks contribute to warding off seasonal sickness.

Hot chocolate is another renowned drink of this season. Made with chocolate (or cocoa powder), milk, and sugar, this rich and creamy delight has the potential to keep your body warm even on the chilliest day of the year. Served with whipped cream or marshmallows, they are a staple on the winter menus of restaurants.
