One of the images that caught everyone’s attention and proved that Janhvi Kapoor is a true blue foodie was of a lavish Rajasthani thali. The spread looked delicious and fulfilling with popular regional delights gracing it.

Grabbing eyeballs was dal bati churma, one of the most popular Rajasthani delicacies. Atta bati is served with sweet churma and spice dal for a wholesome dining experience. The spread also included paneer gravy, gatte ki sabzi, and kurkuri bhindi. Can you ask for a more drool-worthy image?

On the side, the plate consisted of salad with slices of cucumber and tomatoes arranged in a layer. The starters included a veg kebab and a hara bhara kebab. Pairing with creamy and spiced gravies were bajra roti and missi roti, both are healthy and gluten-free alternatives to atta and maida flatbreads.

The Rajasthani thali also included vegetable raita topped with chopped onion, tomatoes, and cucumber. There was buttermilk on the side and dal papad as condiments. This spread can leave any Indian food lover drooling and searching for Rajasthani food options nearby to indulge in regional delicacies.
