The Fliparita
- Add 2 tablespoons of tequila, a pinch of ground sage and 70 ml of beer for the smoothness.
- Add a small lime wedge, squeezing some into the concoction.
Little Italy
- Put a few cubes of ice in a glass.
- Add 60ml Campari and 400 ml beer.
- Add a splash of sparkling orange or blood orange juice, and garnish with orange peel.
Lone Wolf Xmas
- In a cocktail shaker without ice, combine 30ml gin, 10 ml spiced apricot syrup, 15ml of simple syrup and fresh lemon juice, and one egg white.
- Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again to chill the drink. Double strain it into 250 ml glass and top it with beer.
