Tiramisu
Ingredients:
- Mascarpone cheese - 1 tsp
- Sponge cake - 4 pieces
- Whipped cream - 1 tsp
- Expresso - 1 tsp
- Coffee - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Egg - 2
Method:
- First, put coffee and espresso in a vessel and mix it well.
- Now, put the yellow part of the egg with sugar in another vessel and mix it well.
- On top of the coffee, the vessel pours the egg mixture and keeps it aside for some time.
- Add the sponge cake piece to this mixture and add whipped cream and coffee powder.
- For half an hour, keep the cake in the fridge.
Zabaione
Ingredients:
- Strawberries - 1 cup finely chopped
- Whipped cream - 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Eggs - 2
Method:
- Put strawberries, sugar and salt in a vessel and mix it well.
- Now, take out the yellow part of the egg in another vessel and mix it by adding vanilla essence and light sugar.
- Heat water in a vessel and keep the egg mixture in the pot.
- Cook it for some time and take it out.
- Garnish the egg with strawberries and whipped cream.
- You can also add chocolate biscuits if you want.
Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
- Sugar powder - as needed
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Fresh cream - 1 cup
- Mango pulp - 1 cup
- Gelatin - 1 tsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put gelatin in a cup of water and mix it well in a vessel.
- In another container, put milk and bring it to a boil.
- Now add sugar powder and vanilla essence and mix it well.
- After this, put the mixed gelatin in the milk and keep stirring the milk.
- After thickening, turn off the gas.
- Now, put this mixture in a glass or any other vessel, add mango pulp and keep it in the fridge to cool down.
