  8. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  9. Cinnamon - 1 inch
  10. Salt - as per taste
  11. Poppy root - 1 tsp
  12. Rosewater - 1 tsp
  13. Fennel - 1/2 tsp
  14. Cardamom - 4
  15. Oil - 1/2 cup

How to make tunde ke kebab?

  1. First, put all the spices, grind them well in the mixer, and take them out.
  2. After this, put garlic-ginger paste, mutton mince with red chilli in a vessel and mix it well.
  3. Now mix the ground spices other ingredients in the mutton mince mixture and keep it for some time.
  4. After some time, take it out of this mixture and make it in the kebab shape.
  5. Now put oil/butter in the pan to heat up. If you want, you can cook it on coal also.
  6. Add the kebabs and cook it until both sides are golden brown.
  7. Now serve it with sauce or chutney.

SWEET KACHORI

Ingredients

  1. Gram flour - 1 teaspoon
  2. Dry fruits - 150 grams
  3. Cardamom - 5 pieces
  4. Fennel - 1 teaspoon
  5. Ghee - 2 teaspoons
  6. Sugar - 100 grams
  7. Flour - 250 grams
  8. Khoya-100 grams
  9. Oil - for frying

How to make sweet kachori?

  1. First, dissolve sugar in water and keep it aside to make sweet kachori.
  2. Mix all-purpose flour, gram flour, dry fruits in this water and knead the dough.
  3. Now put oil in a heated pan.
  4. After this, take in the prepared dough, fill it lightly with khoya and make it in the shape of kachori.
  5. After making the kachori, put it in the hot oil and fry it till it becomes golden.
  6. Meethi kachori is ready to be served.

GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH

Ingredients

  1. Black pepper powder-1 spoon
  2. Onion-2 cut into rounds
  3. Salt-according to taste
  4. Mayonnaise-3 spoon
  5. Cheese-3 spoon
  6. Bread-6 pieces
  7. Butter-3 spoon
  8. Tomato-2 cut

How to make a grilled cheese sandwich?

  1. First of all, put butter in a pan and heat it.
  2. After heating put the bread, bake till it turns golden on both sides.
  3. After baking both the sides, put cheese on the bread and put other ingredients on top of it.
  4. After baking one more bread, keep the ingredients and place the other bread on top of the bread.
  5. Your grilled sandwich is ready.
