How To Make Amla Juice At Home

This recipe of amla juice is made with simple ingredients with magical health benefits. Besides amla, this juice has ginger, lemon and honey. While ginger has antibacterial effects of gingerol which help in curing cold and sore throat, the combination of lemon and honey is known to have anti-inflammatory properties.  

Ingredients:

Indian gooseberry (amla): 2 (deseeded and chopped)

Ginger: 1 tbsp (sliced)

Lemon juice: 2 tsp

Honey: 1 tbsp

Water- 1 glass

Method

1. Take all the ingredients and blend well until smooth.  

2. Strain it in glass and serve.

You can add black salt to enhance the flavour as well.
