Chia Seeds Benefits For Hypertension  

Chia seeds is an ingredient that is enriched with multiple health benefits, including management of blood pressure levels. Loaded with fibre, protein, and various other macronutrients, chia seeds help prevent the storage of undesirable fats that can cause heart disease and stroke. It is also brimming with omega-3 fatty acids which have been proven to work like a blood thinner reduce the pressure. Ingredients:  

Chia seeds- ½ tbsp  

Lemon- ½  

Water- 1 cup

Method:  

1. Soak chia seeds in water for about 15 minutes.  

2. Stir well and add lemon to it.  

3. Mix well and have early in the morning for effective results.  

4. You can also add honey for flavouring.   

The abundance of vitamin C and other nutrients in lemon adds up to the benefits of this healthy drink.
