Chef Kunal Kapur, who will be judging a special round on Day 1 of the Slurrp Great Indian Cookout, will cook up a storm during a workshop where he will show homechefs how to cook a Jowar and Mushroom Khichra. For those unaware, this is the very dish that wooed the First Ladies attending the recently held G20 Summit 2023, with UK PM Rishi Sunak’s wife, Akshata Murthy, complimenting Chef Kunal Kapur on the creative use of millets. Given that this is the International Year of Millets, a workshop on how to whip up this reputed dish by Chef Kunal Kapur is a must-attend part of Slurrp Great Indian Cookout. 

Meanwhile, all the celebrity chefs who are a part of the Slurrp Great Indian Cookout judges’ panel will also be sharing their own signature recipes and how to cook them. MasterChef Pankaj Bhadouria will cook up Bhuni Matar Canapes, Murgh Zaffran Pulao and Saunfiyan Shahi Tukda during her workshop to be held on Day 1. Chef Nishant Choubey will reveal the culinary tricks behind his signature Jowar Nasi Goreng, Hass Avocado Cucumber Salad with Turmeric and Cranberry. Chef Dhruv Oberoi will conduct a special workshop with kids, which is bound to be an overload of cuteness and delicious flavours.
