Hrithik Roshan is undoubtedly one of Bollywood’s fittest actors. Be it on screen or off it, we can never get enough of his envious lean physique. But we are also sure it doesn’t come easy. Dedication, routine, and a whole lot of patience is the key. And in the case of the ‘Greek God’ of Bollywood, it is his commitment to fitness. At least, that’s what his trainer has to say. In an Instagram post, which Hrithik shared in his stories later, the actor’s trainer, Kris Gethin, revealed that the secret to Hrithik’s fitness is pure ‘commitment to his diet’, and he makes no excuses when it comes to that.  

Penning a long note about how unlike most people who often find excuses when it comes to following a diet and displays a lack of commitment, Hrithik is very committed to his regime and his diet, in particular. Kris shared a picture of him with Hrithik from a meeting they had at a building site, while having a meal. He shared how most people in India in this situation may delay or not have the meal because it isn’t warm and have no place to warm it in the building. However, Hrithik didn’t do so. “He didn’t leave the meeting or the building site, he just ate his cold meal as it was his meal time”, Kris wrote, adding that this is because Hrithik is “committed to his goals⁣”. While speaking about meal time, Kris also revealed how Hrithik eats six meals daily and a protein shake. In the picture, we could spot Hrithik holding a big bowl in his hands, which tells a lot about the size of those six meals as well. That chiselled body doesn't come easy after all. Kris concluded the post by asking, “So, which one do you want to be?⁣ The excuse⁣ or the commitment?”. Sharing the post, Hrithik wrote, “How bad do you want it?”, and we think that sums it all up.
