Is there anything more satisfying than opening a box of pizza to a perfectly warm pizza oozing with cheese and toppings of your choice?

Pizza, an Italian delicacy, has now found fans across the globe. From America to India, Brazil to Malaysia, you would find pizzerias everywhere. If you cannot visit a pizzeria, the pizza comes to you. It is actually just a call or a click away for most of us now, which is why, we often end up ordering in a lot of pizzas and are left with tones of leftover. A hot pizza is a treat, but when the same pizza turns cold and difficult to bite into, it tends to lose its takers. Whether you keep it in the fridge, or outside, cold pizzas will lose their appeal over time, but to toss it away also feels like a crime? So, what do you do? Reheat it. The right way.

Now tossing your leftover pizza in the microwave and heating it for 30 seconds will not give you desired results, because there is a fundamental error in your approach. Doing this would definitely ‘heat up’ your pizza, but not bring it back to life. It would remain tough, and there is a chance of your toppings drying up a bit too.

But don’t worry. There are plenty of ways in which you can reheat your pizzas. Here are some that were very helpful to us.

In the first method, you need a skillet, put it on heat. Place the pizzas on the hot skillet, lower the flame. Sprinkle some water on the side. For a big slice, a spoon of water is good enough. Now cover the pan and let the steam form. This steam would not only heat your leftover pizza but also soften it and make it as good as new.

If you must use a microwave, then place your pizza on the microwave glass turntable and place a glass filled with water that is two-third its amount. Heat the pizza with the glass of water. The water, is again, useful for moisture, which helps reheat your pizza and also makes it soft.

If you have an oven. Take a baking sheet, cover it with aluminum foil, Preheat it. Place the pizza on the tin and heat the pizza until you see the melted cheese and perfectly crispy crust.
