Here's how you can make these cookies at home:

Ingredients:

•1 cup unsalted butter

•¾ cup light brown sugar

•¾ cup granulated sugar

•2 large eggs

•2 teaspoons vanilla extract

•2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

•¾ cup hot chocolate mix

•¼ cup natural cocoa powder

•1 teaspoon baking soda

•½ teaspoon salt

•1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate

•1 cup mini marshmallows

Method:

•Set the oven to 350°F. Set aside a large half-sheet baking pan that has been lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

•With a hand mixer or stand mixer, cream the butter and sugars in a sizable mixing bowl for two minutes, or until they are light and fluffy.

•Mix in the egg and vanilla extract on low speed until combined.

•Mix the flour, hot chocolate mix, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.

•After adding the dry ingredients, mix them briefly with the wet components. Add in 1/2 cup of small marshmallows and 1 cup of chopped chocolate.

•Scoop out 2 teaspoons of cookie dough using a medium cookie scoop. Roll it into a ball using your hands. Put the cookie balls on the prepared baking sheet with a minimum distance of 2 inches between each (you can fit about 6–8 on a large cookie sheet).

•Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the sides are just browned. Avoid overbaking. Even though the cookies may not appear to have finished baking in the centre, they will continue to cook as they cool.

•After 5 minutes of cooling on the baking sheet after removal from the oven, carefully press the additional 1/2 cup chopped chocolate and 1/2 cup mini marshmallows into the tops of the cookies. Finish cooling on a wire cooling rack.
