Ingredients:

  1. Chocolate powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Cashew - 1/2 cup
  3. Pistachio - 1 cup
  4. Salt - a pinch
  5. Honey - 1 tsp
  6. Oil - 2 tsp
  7. Dates - 3  

Method:

  1. First of all, put oil in a pan, heat it, put pistachios, and roast it for one to two minutes.
  2. After roasting the pistachios, please put them in the mixer and grind them fine. Similarly, grind dates and cashews.
  3. Add cashew-date paste, honey, salt, chocolate powder with pistachio paste and mix it well.
  4. Grease a vessel with oil or ghee while spreading the mixture well.

  1. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Coconut - 1/2 raw
  3. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  4. Cashew - 2 tsp
  5. Almond - 2 tsp
  6. Raisin - 2 tsp
  7. Milk - 1 litre

Method:

  1. First, grate the raw coconut well and keep it in a vessel.
  2. After this, put the milk in a container on medium heat for boiling.

  3. Now add the gelatin mix to the watermelon mixture and blend it well.
  4. Directly pour this mixture into an ice tray and keep it in the freezer for some time.
  5. After a while, take it out from the fridge and serve it to eat.
