Thandai is an Indian cold beverage which is made with almonds, fennel seeds, watermelon kernels, rose petals, pepper, poppy seeds, cardamom, saffron, milk, and sugar. It is indigenous to India and is frequently connected to the Holi or Holla Mahalla festival and Maha Shivaratri. India's north is where it is most frequently consumed. There are different types of thandai, with badam (almond) and bhang (cannabis) thandai being the most popular.

On a hot summer day, drinking iced sodas and colas may temporarily help us feel cool, but over the long term, they only cause health issues. These drinks, which are high in sugar, increase our calorie intake, cause us to gain weight, and expose us to additional health issues.
