  • Cumin powder- /2 teaspoon

Method

  • Take a tall glass and lightly muddle the mint in the bottom until aromatic.
  • Cut lemons and squeeze them into the glass.
  •  Add syrup, rock salt, chat masala, and cumin seeds ½ spoon.
  • Add 10 leaves of mint and crush them in the glass.
  • Add crushed ice, top with a splash of club soda, and mix well.
  • Garnish with lime slices and serve.
