Oats Idli

Ingredients:

  1. Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
  2. Salt - according to taste
  3. Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  4. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  6. Carrot - 1 grated
  7. Urad dal - 2 tsp
  8. Curd - 3 cups
  9. Oats - 2 cups
  10. Oil - 2 tsp

Method:

  1. First of all, put oats in a pan, roast them and put them in the mixer to make powder.
  2. Heat oil in another pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal and fry until it turns brown.
  3. Add coriander leaves, green chillies, carrots, turmeric and cook it for about 5 minutes.
  4. After 5 minutes, add curd along with oats powder and cook it for some time.
  5. After cooking for some time, pour this mixture into the idli mold and after steaming it for about 10 minutes, turn off the gas.
  6. Tasty and healthy oats idli is ready to serve breakfast.

  1. Garlic - 3 buds finely chopped
  2. Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
  3. Amchur-powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Onion - 1 finely chopped
  5. Salt - according to taste
  6. Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  7. Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  8. Wheat flour - 150 g
  9. Ajwain - a pinch
  10. Sattu - 2 cups
  11. Ghee - 2 tsp

Method:

  1. First, prepare the mixture by adding garlic, green chilli, lemon juice, mango powder, onion, coriander leaves, salt and water to the sattu.
  2. Take wheat flour in another vessel and knead it by adding ghee and salt.
  3. Now make dough balls, fill the prepared sattu mixture and roll it well.
  4. After this, put ghee in a pan, heat it, place the paratha and cook till it turns golden on both sides.

Cucumber and Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. Vanilla yoghurt- 1/2 teaspoon
  2. Sugar powder-2 teaspoon
  3. Honey- 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Watermelon-1 cup
  5. Cucumber-1 cup
  6. Ice cubes-2
  7. Milk-1 cup

Method:

  1. First of all, clean and peel the cucumber and melon thoroughly.
  2. Now put them in the mixer and grind them well for some time. 
  3. After grinding, add other ingredients to this mixture and blend it in a mixer for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Now take it out in a glass and serve it by pouring ice cubes on top.
