1. Stuffed Parwal

If you can't stomach a simple sabzi with parwal, try stuffing them. Stuffed parwal is similar to stuffed bhindi or stuffed karela in that it is filled with a mixture of potatoes and roasted coconut, as well as a masala powder of various spices such as coriander seeds, fennel seeds, amchur powder, and Kashmiri red chilli.

2. Potoler Dorma

If you still need something to get you excited about making parwal, this recipe is ideal. Potoler Dorma is a delicious Bengali dish that can be served with roti or rice. This parwal curry is made by stuffing boiled parwal with crumbled paneer, dry fruits, sugar, and salt before deep frying it. These fried stuffed parwals are drenched in a rich gravy of onion, tomato, and spices, with cashew paste added for creaminess.

3. Parwal Aloo
