Ingredients:

  1. Garlic buds - 4-5 finely chopped
  2. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt - according to taste
  5. Curry leaves - 1/2 tsp
  6. Onion - 1/2 chopped
  7. Tomato - 1 chopped
  8. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  9. Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  10. Idli - 4 pieces
  11. Curd - 2 tsp
  12. Oil - 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Cut the idli into pieces and keep them aside
  2. Mix curd, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt in a bowl
  3. Add the idli pieces and mix them
  4. Now, fry them in a pan with a bit of oil
  5. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, tomatoes, onions, garlic, curry leaves, and fry them together in another pan.
  6. After some time, mix the fried idlis in this mixture and cook
  7. Fried idli is ready to serve with chutney

BESAN CHEELA

Ingredients:

  1. Coriander leaves - 1/2 tsp
  2. Paneer - 1/2 cup grated
  3. Green chilli -2 chopped
  4. Tomato - 1/2 chopped
  5. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  6. Onion - 1/2 chopped
  7. Gram flour - 1 cup
  8. Salt - as per taste
  9. Celery - 1/2 tsp
  10. Oil - 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put gram flour, black pepper, onion, paneer, tomato, green chilli in a vessel and mix them well.
  2. After a while, add salt, carom seeds, coriander leaves and mix them
  3. Then, add a cup of water and prepare a thick batter
  4. Now, heat oil in a pan and spread the gram flour batter in the pan
  5. After a while, flip and cook the other side well
  6. Besan ka cheela is ready to serve

SOYA KEBAB

Ingredients:

  1. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Onion - 1/2 finely chopped
  3. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  5. Lemon juice -1/2 tsp
  6. Salt - as per taste
  7. Vinegar - 1 tsp
  8. Soya - 2 cups
  9. Oil - 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Soak soya in water and grind it coarsely in a mixer
  2. Now take it out in a vessel and mix the rest of the ingredients
  3. Keep this mixture aside for some time to marinate
  4. Now, heat oil in a pan and make kebabs from the marinated mixture
  5. Fry it in the pan till it is golden brown on both sides
  6. Soya kebab is ready to serve
