Recipe Of Cookie Dough Protein Cheesecake

The recipe has three parts, namely Chocolate Topping, Cheesecake Filling, Cookie Dough Crust

Ingredients:

Cookie Dough Crust

1 cup sugar

1 cup butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup protein powder

2 3/4 cups plain flour

1/2 cup chocolate chips

2 eggs

Cheesecake Filling:

1 3/4 cup cream cheese

1 cup protein powder

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

2 egg yolks

2 eggs

Chocolate Topping:

1/3 cup dark chocolate

2 tsp coconut oil

Method:

For Cookie Dough Crust

. Mix all the ingredients except eggs in a large bowl and set aside one-fourth of it. Add eggs to the rest and combine. 

. Now coat a pan with the mixture at the bottom and the sides and put in the freezer to firm for 30 minutes. Add a paper to it and fill it with baking beans.

. Now, bake the pan for 15 minutes. After removing the beans and paper, re-bake the pan for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

 For Cheesecake Filling

. In a bowl, add cream cheese, protein powder, vanilla, sugar, eggs and yolks. Whisk it until smooth. In the crust, put this filling inside it. Make two balls of the remaining dough and drop them inside the filling. Cover it with foil. 

. Bake for 1 hour and then put it in the fridge to cool overnight.

For Chocolate Topping

. Melt the chocolate and put it in a piping bag. Let it cool. 

. Now, take the remaining cookie dough mixture and make balls out of it. Put these on top of the cheesecake and drizzle the chocolate across the top.

. Cut the slices and serve accordingly.
