You might reconsider this smooth, humble and soft yoghurt-based drink done to death, but combining a touch of seasonal twist to this refreshment is never a wrong approach. We are confident that you might have had different seasonal variants of lassi, such as strawberry and mango lassi, but here we bring you the recipe of Kiwi Lassi. The simple problem that occurs is, how can a tangy-sweet fruit be added to the mythical lassi? Worry not; just for you here, we have brought a full low-down of Kiwi Lassi. What all you need to do is? Kiwi Lassi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 peeled and sliced kiwis 
  • 3 cups of Greek yoghurt 
  • 3-4 tsp of sugar (you can use 3 -4 tsp of honey) 
  • Ice cubes (crushed) 
  • A scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional) 

Method: 

  1. Take yoghurt, thin slices of kiwi and the required amount of honey/sugar and mix it in a blender. 
  2. Mix all ingredient for 45 seconds 
  3. Compare the texture. In case, add some water if you want to make it thin. 
  4. Are you a health freak? Then you can add a spoon of chia seeds to your lassi too! 
  5. Check the honey/sugar quotient. You can adjust the amount of ss per your taste. 
  6. Once done, serve the kiwi lassi over crushed ice.

  1. How to make it vegan? Use coconut milk or almond milk with coconut yoghurt. Replace honey with maple syrup or just refined sugar.
