The quintessential rajma-chawal is the go-to comfort food for most Indians. This delicious North Indian delicacy has been a favourite since time immemorial. The kidney beans in an onion- and tomato-based gravy with a hint of spices have absolutely kept us glued to its aroma and taste. 2. Cutlets

Mix leftover rajma with boiled potatoes, some mild spices and maida or besan in a mixing bowl. Make round cutlets and fry them till golden and crispy. Serve these cutlets with any sauce on the side.

3. Make A Spread
