Gajar Halwa: 

Rich, creamy and delectable gajar ka halwa, also referred to as gajrela, is an Indian carrot pudding. Carrots are cooked with milk, sugar, and ghee to make it. topped with ground cardamom, which gives the pudding a lovely aroma and flavour.
