Packed with sweet and tangy flavours, carrot pickles go well with every meal. You can serve it with chawal-dal, roti, puri-chole, and so on. Carrot pickles can stay fresh for up to one week in the refrigerator.

Mooli Ka Achaar

This is another winter delight for spice lovers. Made with thickly sliced radish and green chillies, it gives a zing to every meal. Mooli ka achaar is seasoned with fennel seeds, red chilli powder, lemon juice, cumin, kalonji, asafoetida, and dry mango powder. You can store it for up to one month in the refrigerator.
