A popular French delicacy known as parfait is not only visually appealing because of its many layers, but it also tastes great. A frozen dish called a parfait is produced in France with a sugar syrup, egg, and cream base. By utilising flavour-infused yoghurts, such as mango, blueberry, strawberry, or vanilla, you can alter the dessert to your personal preferences. Chopped almonds and cashews can be sprinkled on top of fruit and yoghurt parfait to give it a richer flavour and texture. This recipe will undoubtedly be a hit with both children and adults.
Ingredients
- 2 cup plain greek yoghurt
- 100 grams granola
- 20 grams walnuts
- 20 grams pecan
- 30 grams strawberry
Method
- Take strawberries, pecans, and walnuts. Give them a bite-sized chop.
- Start building layers in a dessert cup or glass. Yoghurt should be added first, followed by granola, then walnuts, pecans, and strawberry slices. To finish the dessert, add 3–4 more layers of this type.
