Not only is it hot but it gets very humid which causes a lot of water loss from the body. So, it is important to understand that we need to change our food habits according to the weather and eat foods that are rich in water. We need to add more and more food to our diet which can keep us hydrated for really long or give us instant hydration when we really need it.

Mango 

The king of fruits, mango is full of water content. In fact, it is made up of 86% water and That is why it is such a relief that this fruit is available in a huge quantity during the summer season. Cucumber

This cruciferous vegetable has 92% water content and it is also a great source of fibre and iron. If you are having broccoli in the summer season, then it is suggested that you should have them steamed for the maximum amount of hydration as well as to gain the maximum nutrition from them.
