Baking Soda

Make a paste using 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 2 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide and apply it to your teeth. Doing that will reduce the yellow colour and improve whitening.

Vitamin C-containing Food

Vitamin C deficiency is known to worsen periodontitis and that can lead to the accumulation of bacteria on your teeth. This will further contribute to discolouration of your teeth. In this case, you can increase your consumption of vitamin C-rich foods including oranges, lemon, etc.

Coconut Oil

Plaque buildup on teeth contributes to the yellowing of your teeth. If you are also experiencing the same issue, swish in the mouth using coconut oil. Doing this every day will effectively reduce plaque buildup and improve the colour of your teeth.
