- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli sauce - 1/2 tsp

- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- Fennel - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
- First, cut the leftover paratha into pieces and keep it aside.
- Next, heat oil in a pan, add fennel, onion, ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves, and fry till golden brown.
- After some time, mix all the other ingredients with capsicum and cook it well for about 5-7 minutes.
- Then, add the chopped parathas. After cooking for about 4 minutes, turn off the gas.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Chinese Noodles
Ingredients:
- Leftover parathas - 2
- Garlic-ginger paste - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Salt - according to taste
- Carrot - 1 cut into slices
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
- Chilli sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
- First, roll the leftover paratha, cut it in noodles' shape, and keep it in a vessel.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic-ginger, onion, salt and fry it.
- After frying for about 5 minutes, add the sauce and other spices and cook for some time.
- Then, add the leftover cut parathas and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- After this, turn off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Paratha Rolls
Ingredients:
- Tomato - 1 finely chopped
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
- Green vegetable - 1 cup
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Leftover paratha - 2
- Salt as per taste
- Boiled potato - 1
- Butter - 2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil, add onions, tomatoes, red chillies, green vegetables and fry them well in a pan.
- After frying for about 5 minutes, please turn off the gas and leave it to cool down.
- Heat butter well with the paratha in a pan.
- After this, pour the mixture of fried green vegetables on top of this paratha and roll it.
