1. Turmeric
This famous Indian spice is used to flavor dishes along with smoothies or juices. 2. Ginger

Dosage: 1 cup of salt in lukewarm/normal water.
5. Curd
Unlike other dairy products, yogurt/curd have healthy bacteria to ease your digestion and alleviate symptoms of bloating, inflammation, or abdominal pain. It also contains two-bone-building nutrients such as calcium and vitamin D.
