  • 250 gm all-purpose flour
  • 5 gm baking powder

  • Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk in 3 parts each, mixing until smooth.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.

Filling Ideas

Chocolate Sauce: Drizzle warm chocolate sauce over the cake before serving.

Custard in the Center: Fill the hollow centre of the cooled cake with rich vanilla custard.

Whipped Cream: Pipe rosettes of whipped cream around the cake or serve alongside slices.

Lemon Curd: Spread tangy lemon curd between cake layers and on top for a citrus burst.

Caramel Sauce: Drizzle warm caramel sauce over individual servings for a sweet finish.

Do's and Don'ts

Do: Thoroughly grease and flour the Bundt pan to ensure easy release of the cake.

Don't: Overmix the batter, as it can result in a dense cake with tunneling.

Do: Check the cake for doneness using a toothpick before removing it from the oven.

Don't: Rush the cooling process, as the cake needs time to set and maintain its shape.

Do: Get creative with fillings and toppings to personalize your Bundt cake experience.
