The Best Time To Eat Meals

According to Ayurveda, the right time for having breakfast is between 7 and 9 AM, and one must have lunch between 12 and 2 PM. Finish your dinner between 6 and 8 PM, with no snacking in between meals. It is also advised to start your meals with sour and salty foods.

The foods that come straight from the earth are rich in prana, and as they get picked, their energy starts diminishing slowly.
