Espresso, coffee liqueur, simple syrup, and vodka are the only four components assuming you don't count ice as one of them. Have no fear if you don't know how to prepare fresh espresso or if you can't get your hands on some! Even while a freshly drawn shot is what really brings this beverage to life, we have discovered that 1 ounce of cold brew coffee concentrate produces effects that are very comparable.

Ingredients:

1 oz. or 1 shot espresso or cold brew concentrate

1 oz. coffee liqueur such as  Kahlúa or Mr. Black

1/2 oz. simple syrup

1 1/2 oz. Vodka

Method:

To make the perfect cold espresso with foam, combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Pour through two strainers into a coupe glass. Sprinkle some espresso powder or cocoa powder on top of the paper towel covering half of the glass. Sprinkle some coffee beans on the plain side of the glass. We spruced up this drink with some fancy trimmings, but making it is much simpler than it appears. Napkin or paper towel over half the glass, then dust with cocoa or espresso powder. Sprinkle some coffee beans on the flip side, and you're done. You are in possession of a beverage that is not only delicious but also visually appealing.
