Tips To Check While Preparing Tandoori Masala

  • It is essential to sun dry the whole spices before grinding them to remove moisture. This process helps increase the shelf life of the spices.
  • Filtering the spices is important to separate any coarse particles effectively.
  • Store your tandoori masala in a glass jar or an airtight container.
  • If you can’t sun dry the whole spices, you can easily dry roast them before grinding.
