Sheer Khurma

Sheer Khurma, a rich and creamy delicacy, is a must-have during Eid celebrations. Made with cardamom and saffron-infused vermicelli with milk, dates, and nuts. To make this beloved treat,  cook vermicelli in milk until it thickens, then add sugar for that rich, sweet taste. Mix it well, and simmer it until it's creamy and goldish. Garnish with chopped nuts and enjoy!  


Baklava

Baklava is a delightful pastry made of thin layers of filo dough (made with wheat flour, water and a small amount of butter or oil as desired ) . To make this dough perfectly, layer the dough with butter. Add the desired nuts, sugar and spices of choice, like cinnamon and cloves. Bake it until set. Now dip in honey syrup or jaggery syrup for that juicy effect. Garnish with nuts and serve.

Gulab Jamun

This favourite Indian dessert can never go off the list.  To make these deep-fried dough balls soaked in a fragrant sugar syrup, you need to prepare the dough first by adding flour and khoya. Hareeseh

A semolina cake soaked in a sweet syrup is made by combining semolina, coconut, yoghurt, and butter, then baking it until golden. Ras Malai

Ras Malai is a decadent dessert  made with soft paneer (Indian cottage cheese) balls soaked in a sweet, creamy milk syrup. To make this, boil milk and add vinegar to the curdle. Drain the curds and shape them into discs. Now boil discs in sugar syrup until spongy. In a pan, add milk and simmer it with saffron and cardamom. Dip the discs into it. Shahi Tukda

This royal Mughlai dessert is known as  Shahi Tukda. To make this, fry bread slices in ghee and soak them in a milk mixture made with kesar, sugar, and cardamom. Now garnish with chopped nuts and saffron strands. You can have it with Rabri, too. Your rich and sweet dessert is ready for Eid celebrations.


Kheer

Kheer, a creamy rice pudding, is a staple dessert in households during Eid. Make it at home by simmering rice in milk; let the consistency become thick and smooth. Add sugar and cardamom.
